Ozaccom+ has been appointed to assist IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and trade visitors to make accommodation bookings.
Ozaccom+ has arranged block reservations at special rates for congress participants at a selection of Busan hotels. These rates are valid for the event only and only for bookings made through Ozaccom+.
Accommodation rates are listed in Korean won (KWR) and exclude 10% VAT and 10% service charge (unless shown otherwise).

How to pay
You will need to provide your credit card details to Ozaccom+ to guarantee your accommodation. These details will be passed on to the hotel and it is at the hotel’s discretion as to whether a deposit will be charged before your arrival. No monies will be debited from your credit card by Ozaccom+ for accommodation.
Full prepayment of your accommodation will be required on check-in. Your hotel will require a credit card imprint when you check in for any incidentals during your stay. The balance of your account is to be settled with the hotel on departure.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
For accommodation cancellations or amendments made after 10 August 2012, the hotel may impose a cancellation fee of a minimum of one nights accommodation up to the total cost of say booked, plus taxes.
